Hang w/ Releases Live Streaming Web Widget

Live Streaming Social Video Platform Allows Users to Embed Live Streams and Personal Archives Into Any Website

FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif., May 20, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MEDL Mobile, Inc. (OTCBB:MEDL), a leading developer of mobile applications and the majority shareholder of Hang With, Inc. has announced that Hang w/ will now allow users to embed their own profile on any website or blog - allowing both live and archived content to be viewed from the web.

Any user can create an embeddable web widget by visiting www.hangwith.com/widget and entering their user name into the search field. The web tool automatically creates a preview and a custom line of code for the user to embed.

The Hang w/ app connects people through live-streaming video and simultaneous chat, allowing anyone with an iPhone, iPad or Android device to broadcast live to dozens, hundreds or even millions of viewers around the globe.

Hang w/ previously rolled out live streaming to Facebook so that Hang w/ content can be discovered and viewed on the social media platform. Now, the embeddable web widget allows non-users of the app to discover and view the wealth of Hang w/ content via the web and allows current users to utilize the platform as a content generation tool for their websites and blogs.

"Now that users can embed their own Hang w/ streams on their websites or blogs we expect that artists, musicians, trainers, chefs, consultants, and even brands will start to use the platform as a content creation tool to enhance their online presence," said Andrew Maltin, CEO of MEDL and Hang w/. "Now anyone can have a live streaming window and a wealth of archived video content on their website with the addition of only one line of code."

"Hang w/ is a native mobile experience," added Maltin. "but there are many people who use their desktop to browse. This new feature will allow many more people to enjoy and discover the wealth of content that is being created by some fascinating people across the platform."

The Hang w/ platform has attracted hundreds of actors, athletes, musicians and brands including 50 Cent, Ali Landry, Cheech and Chong, Claudia Jordan, Coco Crisp, Jamie Kennedy, Josh Reddick, Julius Thomas, Kaskade, Larry the Cable Guy, Lucy Hale, Mike Metzger, Soulja Boy, Tony Orlando, Terrell Owens, Timbaland, UFC and Ultimate Poker.
