Den 6 februari 2014 observationsnoterades aktierna i Probi AB (Bolaget), på grund av att Bolaget var föremål för ett budpliktsbud från Symrise AG. Den 29 april 2014 meddelade Bolaget att budet fullföljts och avslutats.
Mot denna bakgrund beslutar NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB att observationsnoteringen för aktierna i Probi AB (PROB, ISIN-kod SE0001280355, orderboks-ID 27701) ska tas bort fr.o.m. idag den 20 maj 2014.
On February 6, 2014, the shares in Probi AB (the Company) were given observation status due to a press release with information regarding a mandatory offer from Symrise AG. On April 29, 2014, the Company informed that the offer has been completed.
With reference to that the public offer has been completed NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided that the observations status of the shares in Probi AB (PROB, ISIN Code: SE0001280355, Order Book ID: 27701) shall be removed with effect as from today May 20, 2014.
