The number of shares in Sotkamo Silver AB (publ) has increased in connection
with the preferential share issue approved by the Annual General Meeting held
on Friday 21 March 2014 by 6,483,564 new shares (the “new shares”). The new
shares have been registered at the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
Therefore, the total number of shares and votes in Sotkamo Silver amounts to
20,643,198 and the share capital to SEK 141,596,341.47, each share with a quota
value of approximately SEK 6.86.
Following the registration of the new shares the following important dates will
apply:
NGM Equity
• Last day of trading in paid subscribed shares (BTA) on NGM Equity: 21 May
2014
• First day of trading in the new shares on NGM Equity: 23 May 2014
• Record date for conversion of interim shares (BTA) at Euroclear Sweden: 26
May 2014
• The interim shares (BTA) will be registered as shares (SOSI) on the
VP-accounts at Euroclear Sweden: 28 May 2014.
NASDAQ OMX Helsinki
• Last day of trading in interim shares on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki: 27 May 2014
• The interim shares representing the new shares to be combined with Sotkamo
Silver’s shares (SOSI1) at Euroclear Finland: 27 May 2014
• First day of trading in the new shares on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki: 28 May 2014
