Four Seasons Financial Education Launches Employee Assistance Program Partnership

Financial wellness firm launches program to partner with EAPs nationwide

ST. LOUIS, Mo., May 21, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via PRWEB - Financial wellness firm, Four Seasons Financial Education, today announced a new program tailored for Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) nationwide. The new program leverages benefits such as financial wellness trainings, financial stress response and financial accountability tools. The launch is in response to the increased demand for financial wellness services within EAPs.

"We've worked with regional EAPs since the early 1980s," says company President, Travis Freeman. "It only made sense to utilize our experience to help EAPs across the country that need a trusted financial wellness vendor."

Freeman stated the recent recession and increasing healthcare costs have created demand for these services within EAP s. According to a recent Financial Wellness in the Workplace survey by the Society for Human Resource Management, 70% of HR professionals feel that personal financial concerns have an impact on employee performance. Freeman also stated their firm will not honor new arrangements with EAPs where existing relationships already exist.
