GMEC Acquires an Established Hong Kong Entertainment Production Company


HONG KONG, May 21, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Great China Mania Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:GMEC) (the "Company" or "GMEC") announces that it has signed a legally binding letter of intent to purchase a well - established Hong Kong media production company, Concept X Limited ("Concept X") as its wholly owned subsidiary.

Concept X (www.conceptx.com.hk/main.htm) was established in 2003. It has been successfully serving the clients from Hong Kong, Mainland China and Taiwan. Concept X has produced numerous music videos, TV commercials, TV programs, concerts and events. The founder and director of Concept X, Mr. Jacky Lee ("Jacky"), is one of the most famous music video and concert directors and producers in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Before establishing the Concept X, he had worked at Hong Kong's largest TV Station, the Television Broadcast Limited.

Concept X and Jacky have produced numerous music videos for singers all over Asia including Jacky Cheung, Aaron Kwok, Alan Tam, GEM, Bibi Chou, Jane Zhang and Taiwanese group Fahrenheit. Famous commercial brands, for instance Pepsi, Budweiser and Carlsberg, had also engaged Concept X to produce their TV commercials. Concert production management is another expertise of Concept X and Jacky, out of which the most famous projects include "Kangxi Coming" Shanghai live concert, Jay Chou "The One" Live concert Hong Kong, Alan Tam & Hacken Lee live concert and Eason Chan NCM Live concert Hong Kong.

Concept X has an excellent reputation and network in the entertainment and media industries. It had generated approximately $1.4 million revenue for the year ended March 31, 2014.
