The Council awards its CRS designation to experienced REALTORS® who have completed advanced professional training and demonstrated outstanding professional achievement in residential real estate.

The Council of Residential Specialists is a professional network of more than 30,000 residential real estate professionals (3% of REALTORS® hold the elite CRS designation) within the U.S and overseas.
