Anette Hellgren has been elected by members of Unionens Riksklubb at Proffice to
replace Sylvia Kristensen as personnel representative on Proffice AB’s Board of
Directors. The change occurs today, May 22, to coincide with the statutory board
meeting.

Magnus Bergström continues to serve on the Board as personnel representative,
appointed by Unionen.

Furthermore, Christer Persson continius to serve on the Board as personnel
representative, with Anna Gustafsson as deputy employee representative, both
appointed by IF Metall.
