NASDAQ OMX Vilnius decided to apply observation status to AB "Lietuvos dujos" (LDJ1L, ISIN code: LT0000116220).
AB Lietuvos Dujos informed that on 22 May 2014 received the notification from Lietuvos Energija, UAB on the intention to submit a mandatory takeover bid to buy up the remaining 126,112,962 ordinary registered shares of the Issuer with par value of LTL 1.
The purpose of applying observation status is to alert the market participants.
