Den 30 september 2013 blev aktierna i Immune Pharmaceuticals Inc (”Bolaget”) observationsnoterade då Bolaget inte uppfyllde gällande noteringskrav på NASDAQ OMX reglerade marknad (där Bolagets aktier tidigare var noterade) bl a avseende osäkerhet om Bolagets ekonomiska situation. I Bolagets kvartalsrapport som publicerades den 21 maj 2014 framgår att Bolaget nu har tillräckligt rörelsekapital för den kommande 12-månadersperioden.
Med anledning av det ovan anförda beslutar NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB att observationsnoteringen för aktierna i Immune Pharmaceuticals Inc (IMNP, ISIN-kod: US45254C1018, orderbok-id: 32838) ska tas bort från och med idag.
On September 30, 2013, the shares in Immune Pharmaceuticals Inc (the “Company”) were given observation status due to the fact that the Company did not fulfill the listing requirements of the regulated market of NASDAQ OMX (where the Company’s shares were previously listed) due to uncertainty in the Company’s financial situation, among other things. In the Company’s first quarter results, published on May 21, it is stated that Company’s funds are sufficient for operations, anticipated capital expenditures, working capital and other financing requirements over the next twelve months.
With reference to what is stated above NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided that the observation status for the shares in Immune Pharmaceuticals Inc (IMNP, ISIN Code: US45254C1018, order book id: 32838) shall be removed from today.
