Alytus, Lithuania, 2014-05-26 10:42 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Company group “ALITA”, AB (hereinafter, the “Company”) hereby informs, that on 23 May 2014 the Supreme Court of Lithuania accepted to examine the cassation appeal of Company’s minority shareholder Plass Investments Limited regarding abolishment of the decision of the Lithuanian Court of Appeals, dated 14 March 2014, to dismiss the claim of Plass Investments Limited regarding invalidation of the decisions of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, dated 3 October 2011 on reduction and increase of the Company‘s authorised capital, Articles of Association of the Company and of Share Subscription Agreement of 6 October 2011, concluded by the Company and FR&R Invest IGA S.A.
In the opinion of the management of the Company, the cassation appeal is groundless and the Company will file its reply in due course.
