AS Ekspress Group has further transferred 50% participation in AS Ajakirjade Kirjastus and AS SL Õhtuleht, acquired from AS Eesti Meedia, to OÜ Suits Meedia. AS Ekspress Group will maintain its earlier 50% participation in the aforementioned public limited companies.
According to the resolution of shareholders, the representatives of AS Eesti Meedia in the Supervisory Boards of AS Ajakirjade Kirjastus and AS SL Õhtuleht were replaced for the representatives of OÜ Suits Meedia. Janek Veeber, Andrus Esko and Marko Kaevando became the new members of the Supervisory Board.
Janek Veeber holds a sole participation in OÜ Suits Meedia via holding company AS Giga, participation in heating managements companies of Tartu, construction and transport companies and real estate holding companies, also in a shipping company Lindaliini AS. He also owns AS Telver, operating in gravel and sand extraction sector. Janek Veeber is a member of Management Board in the following trading companies: Kerge Puhkus OÜ, OÜ Giga Investeeringud, OÜ Estonian Fish Export Service, OÜ Anneteam Invest, Tartu Keraamika OÜ, OÜ Suits Meedia, OÜ Anneteam, AS Telver, Hajime OÜ, AS Giga; he is a member of Supervisory Board of Lindaliini AS and AS Fortum Tartu.
Andrus Esko is a Chairman of Supervisory Board of AS Giga and AS Telver, he graduated from the University of Tartu in the specialty of journalism and has also pursued a career as a journalist.
Marko Kaevando is a sworn advocate and among the owners of Law Office Kaevando & Partners. He is a member of management board of a number of enterprises by office.
New members of Supervisory Board hold no shares in AS Ekspress Group.
