1) On May 26, 2014, Corestate IREI Holding S.A., Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of
Luxembourg, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights in YOUNIQ AG, Frankfurt/Main, Germany,
have exceeded the 3% and 5% thresholds of the Voting Rights on May 22, 2014
and on that day amounted to 9.13% (this corresponds to 950,003 Voting
Rights).

2) On May 26, 2014, Corestate IREI Holding S.A., Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of
Luxembourg, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights in YOUNIQ AG, Frankfurt/Main, Germany,
have exceeded the 10% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 23, 2014 and on
that day amounted to 10.38% (this corresponds to 1,080,003 Voting Rights).
