Balder enter into agreement for joint ownership with Coop Fastigheter

Fastighets AB Balder and Coop Fastigheter AB has signed an agreement for joint
ownership of a smaller part of properties located at Backaplan in Gothenburg.
The Parties shall jointly develop properties for commercial, residential, office
and other operations. Coop Fastigheter and Balder collaborates already today
with Platzer, JPA and the City of Gothenburg.

Backaplan which is located in the city centre of Gothenburg is today an
established marketplace. Backaplan will now developed into a brand new
neighborhood and the area faces an exciting transformation and renewal. 800 000
sqm of new construction is planned where the majority will consists of new
housing. New public transport stops are planned adjacent to the site which will
make it easy to get there without a car.
