Voting rights: Release of Voting rights announcements according to section
26 (1) WpHG (Securities Trading Act) with the aim of a Europe-wide
distribution

By letter dated 27 May 2014 the Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State
of Norway, Oslo, Norway, notified us pursuant to section 21 para. 1 of the
German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz) that on 26 May 2014
the State of Norway exceeded the threshold of 3 percent of the voting
rights in Linde Aktiengesellschaft and on that date held 3.21 percent of
the voting rights (5,958,786 voting rights). These voting rights are
attributed to the State of Norway from Norges Bank pursuant to section 22
para. 1 sent. 1 No. 1 German Securities Trading Act.

By letter dated 27 May 2014 Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway), Oslo,
Norway, notified us pursuant to section 21 para. 1 of the German Securities
Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz) that on 26 May 2014 Norges Bank
exceeded the threshold of 3 percent of the voting rights in Linde
Aktiengesellschaft and on that date held 3.21 percent of the voting rights
(5,958,786 voting rights).
