Univest Corporation Declares Second Quarter Dividend


SOUDERTON, Pa., May 28, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Univest Corporation of Pennsylvania (Nasdaq:UVSP), parent company of Univest Bank and Trust Co. and its insurance, investments and equipment financing subsidiaries, today declared a $.20 per share quarterly cash dividend for the second quarter of 2014. The dividend will be paid on July 1, 2014 to shareholders of record as of June 11, 2014.
