On May 26, 2014, Isar Verwaltungs und Treuhand Gesellschaft bürgerlichen
Rechts, Hamburg, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21,
Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on ISARIA Wohnbau
AG, München, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20%
threshold of the Voting Rights on May 16, 2014 and on that day amounted to
21.29% (this corresponds to 5060000 Voting Rights).
11.11% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2640955 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 5 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG (German
Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting Rights are held by the following
shareholders, whose share of the Voting Rights in ISARIA Wohnbau AG amounts
to 3 percent or more: JK Holding GmbH, München.
10.18% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2419045 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
Voting Rights are held by the following shareholders, whose share of the
Voting Rights in ISARIA Wohnbau AG amounts to 3 percent or more: Isar
Verwaltungs und Treuhand Gesellschaft mbH, Hamburg.
