Appalachian Mountain Brewery, through its currently open private placement filed with SEC, received from accredited investors an additional $610,000 in the 1st quarter of 2014 allowing the company to expand its fermentation capacity by 120 barrels and to prepare for distribution into North Carolina with a new Cask Canning System. AMB's unique wood-fired "Farm To Flame" food services subsidiary is in its final stage for launch and can be viewed online at: "Farm To Flame".

Appalachian Mountain Brewery has secured its second location in Boone, NC for approximately 4,000 square feet to house its new Hard Mountain Cider subsidiary where demand is rising and industry revenue is reaching $600 million. AMB's Hard Mountain Cider can be viewed at: "Hard Mountain Cider".

Appalachian Mountain Brewery has conducted a review of its financial statements and met on-site with an SEC qualified audit firm in preparation to file a registration statement with SEC. Appalachian Mountain Brewery taking the regulatory steps necessary to become a fully-reporting publicly traded company is a natural step to gain credibility and access to larger funding for growth as well as speed up the process to be quoted on a senior stock exchange.
