What: Together are holding the 3rd Global Sustainability Summit with the participation of leading representatives from governments, multi-lateral organizations, specialized agencies and the private sector. This year's theme is "creating value in the 21st century," which has inspired an agenda that covers two days and includes six sessions on topics such as sustainable energy; public-private collaboration; national, regional, and local policies; and finance.

During each session, presidents and prime ministers will meet with CEOs and secretaries to hash out sustainability's place in creating value in established communities and emerging markets. Overall, fifty-one different speakers hailing from fourteen different countries and four continents have confirmed to participate in the event, positioning it as an interesting precursor to the United Nation's Climate Change Conference COP 20, which will take place in Lima this December.
