As previously announced, the total number of shares and votes in Vostok Nafta Investment Ltd’s (“Vostok Nafta” or “the Company”) decreased by 15,062,231 in May as a result of cancellation of repurchased Swedish Depository Receipts (“SDRs”) and underlying shares. The total number of outstanding SDRs and shares in Vostok Nafta is 74,840,789.
