fell below the threshold of 3% and amounted to 2.94% (5,658,763 voting
rights) on that day.

All of the voting rights are attributable to Schroder Administration
Limited pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent.

21 para. 1 WpHG as follows:
