NASDAQ OMX Riga decided on June 2, 2014, to immediately apply an additional reason for applied observation status to AS „Latvijas Zoovetapgāde” (ZOV1R, ISIN code: LV0000100758) according to the NASDAQ OMX Riga Listing and Disclosure rules Article 20.1.2, Subarticle 5.
The observation status is applied to AS "Latvijas Zoovetapgāde" as of July 29, 2010 and was supplemented with additional reason on May 2, 2012, May 2, 2013 and May 6, 2014.
The NASDAQ OMX Riga Listing and Disclosure rules stipulate that NASDAQ OMX Riga may assign observation status to an issuer on the occasions when it breaches terms and stipulations of NASDAQ OMX Riga Listing and Disclosure rules.
Observation status will be supplemented with additional reason considering that AS „Latvijas Zoovetapgāde” has failed to submit its interim report of 3 months 2014 by June 2, 2014.
The purpose of assigning observation status is to alert the market participants.
