Hill International Wins Three Regional CMAA Project Achievement Awards


MARLTON, N.J., June 2, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hill International (NYSE:HIL), the global leader in managing construction risk, announced today that it has been recognized with three regional Project Achievement Awards from various chapters of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA).

Hill was recognized, as part of the Berger/Hill joint venture, by CMAA's National Capital Chapter for its management of the construction of the FBI Field Office in Norfolk, Virginia, which won in the category of "Best Project with a Constructed Value of Less than $100 Million." The award was presented to Hill on April 9, 2014 at the chapter's annual awards banquet held at the Army Navy Country Club in Arlington, Virginia.

Hill was also recognized by CMAA's New England Chapter for its management of the construction of Bridgewater State University's Weygand Hall in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, which received an award in the category of "New Construction, Value Less Than $100 Million." The award was presented to Hill on April 22, 2014, at the chapter's annual awards banquet held at the Revere Hotel in Boston, Massachusetts.

Finally, Hill was recognized by CMAA's Northern California Chapter for its management of the construction of the San Francisco International Airport New Data Center Facility in San Francisco, California, which received an honorable mention in the category of "Best Transportation Project Valued Between $5-15 Million." The award was presented to Hill on May 22, 2014, at the chapter's annual awards banquet held at the Hyatt Hotel in Sacramento, California.
