Tatyana Designs Signs Tempest Storm

Rebranding as "Tatyana"

LAS VEGAS, June 2, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Tatyana Designs, Inc. (the "Company") (OTC Pink:TATD), a growing designer, manufacturer and retailer of vintage inspired contemporary designs, today reported that it has reached an exclusive arrangement to produce "Tempest Storm" dresses and gowns as part of its line of retro-inspired clothing. As reported in a press release in March, 2014, Tatyana's boutiques are no longer associated with its former brand (Bettie Page) and has been rebranding its boutiques in honor of its founder, Tatyana Khomyakova. The Company is also rebranding its wholesale line.

The Company opened its first boutique in 2007 at the Miracle Mile Shops in Las Vegas and now operates seventeen boutiques across the nation. Sales have grown rapidly since then, over 40% each of the last two years.

"The name change allows us to cultivate our own unique brand and expands our growth options," noted Tatyana Designs, Inc. co-CEO Jan Glaser. "Tatyana is at the forefront of retro inspired style, and her designs have thrilled women from all walks of life."

"The addition of Tempest Storm to our brand is truly an honor," noted Tatyana. "Tempest is not only a dear friend, but is widely regarded as the most elegant and alluring burlesque performer of all time. I am excited to be working with her on developing a line of Tempest Storm dresses and gowns."

"I couldn't be happier than to be working with Tatyana," comments Storm. "She understands – instinctively – what elegance and style are all about. To have her devote a line to me is an extraordinary event in my life."

"Tempest Storm is one-of-a-kind," adds Mr. Glaser, "She's the last working burlesque queen from the days when it was an art form.  After a stint as a Hollywood chorus girl, Tempest became one of burlesque's leading lights, and she still works to this day!"

Storm's romantic interests included John F. Kennedy and Elvis Presley (and Marilyn Monroe was a close friend). Ms. Storm recently cut a spoken word single with famous rocker Jack White and Canadian filmmakers Nimisha Mukerji and Kaitlyn Regehr are working on her life story entitled: Tempest Storm: Burlesque Queen.
