1. On May 30, 2014, Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway), Oslo, Norway
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Bechtle AG, Neckarsulm, Germany, have fallen
below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 29, 2014 and on that day
amounted to 1.62% (this corresponds to 339626 Voting Rights).


2. On May 30, 2014, the Ministry of Finance on behalf of the state of
Norway, Oslo, Norway has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of
the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Bechtle AG, Neckarsulm,
Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 29,
2014 and on that day amounted to 1.62% (this corresponds to 339626 Voting
Rights).
1.62% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 339626 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
