The Danish Competition and Consumer Authority grants its approval of Spar Nord Bank A/S’ takeover of activities from FIH Erhvervsbank A/S

With reference to Company Announcement no. 12 of 21 May 2014 regarding Spar Nord’s takeover of a customer portfolio from FIH Erhvervsbank A/S, we hereby announce that the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority has approved the planned transaction.

The completion of the transaction is still conditional upon approval by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority.
