On 3 June 2014 the amended Charter of Šiaulių bankas AB with the authorized capital increased up to LTL 270 mln (EUR 78.2 mln.) was registered in the Register of Legal Entities. The authorized capital of the bank was increased from the bank funds following the resolution of the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting held on 28 March 2014. 20 million of the ordinary registered shares with nominal value of LTL 1 each have been issued from the capital reserve (share premium) and are to be distributed to the shareholders free of charge in proportion to the total nominal value of shares (8 %) owned by them at the end of the day of accounting of rights of the Meeting (11 April 2014).
In the nearest future the records on general issue account of Šiaulių bankas shares with the Central Securities Depository of Lithuania shall be made in order to assimilate the new share issue with the issue of the ordinary registered shares of Šiaulių bankas with the nominal value of LTL 1 each (Securities ISIN code LT0000102253), and the new shares will be recorded to the personal securities accounts of the shareholders. Besides, this moment shall be deemed as the enrollment of the newly issued shares into trading in the regulated market.
