Donnelley & Sons Company (Nasdaq:RRD) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with ZAGG Inc, a leading designer, producer and distributor of creative mobile accessory solutions. Under the terms of the agreement, RR Donnelley will produce and distribute ZAGG's products through an optimized global network of packaging, kitting, fulfillment, warehousing, distribution and logistics resources that also enables synchronized delivery of ZAGG products with releases of mobile telecom devices from major OEM device providers.
ZAGG, based in Salt Lake City, Utah, provides screen protection, cases, keyboards, audio, power management and gaming products. The company offers the broadest product offering in its sector through targeted global distribution channels.
