Today, TDC A/S announces that the divestment of its Finnish subsidiaries TDC Oy Finland and TDC Hosting Oy to DNA Oy for total cash consideration of € 154 mil. (approximately DKK 1.15 bn) on a cash and debt free basis has been completed.
The final condition of the completion of the divestment was fulfilled with the Finnish competition authorities' approval on 26 May 2014.
The divestment resulted in a gain of approximately DKK 0.7bn after tax, which will be recognised as special items related to discontinued operations in Q2 2014.
