Statkraft and Norfund have completed the restructuring of SN Power


(Oslo, 6 June 2014) Today, Statkraft and Norfund have completed the restructuring of SN Power in accordance with the agreement signed December 20, 2013. The parties have thereby established a new solid basis for their continued cooperation within renewable energy.

The main elements of the new structure and cooperation are described in the Stock Exchange notice and press release published 20 December 2013.

The goal is to develop a leading international hydropower cluster, contributing to sustainable economic growth through profitable investments.
