As stated in company announcement no. 3, 24 March 2014, Dantherm entered into an agreement with the parent company of China Technologies Holdings Group Co., Ltd. on the divestment of the Telecom business segment. Closing related to the divestment was expected to be completed before the end of May 2014. Closing was among others conditional upon the buyer obtaining regulatory approvals under Chinese rules on foreign investments.
The permission from the Chinese authorities to complete the transaction was not obtained until the end of May 2014, and Closing related to the divestment is accordingly expected to be completed in June 2014.
