Nordea Bank Finland Plc issues Index Linked Notes – 100 Europæiske Aktier 2019

Nordea Bank Finland Plc (the ”Issuer”) issues a series (A559) of  Currency Linked Notes due 20 September 2019, 100 Europæiske Aktier 2019, denominated in Danish Kroner (“DKK”) with ISIN Code DK0030341276 and Common Code 106982104 (the "Notes").

The Notes are to be issued on 3 July 2014 and will be redeemed on 20 September 2019 in accordance with “Basket Long” structure. The return of the Notes depends on the development in S&P Europe350 LowVolEur Index (the “Reference Asset”) and a Participation Ratio of indicatively 100.00 per cent.

Full information on the Issuer and the offer of the Notes is only available on the basis of the combination of the Final Terms of the Notes dated 6 June 2014 and the Base Prospectus as so supplemented.

The offer period for the Notes will take place during the period from 10 June 2014, 9:00 CET until 27 June 2014, 16.00 CET. The Aggregate Nominal Amount of the Notes and the final Participation Ratio will be determined after the subscription period and will be announced in a Final Terms Confirmation Announcement through NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S.


The Issuer reserves its rights to cancel the offer if the aggregate principal amount of Notes subscribed on or before the issue date is less than DKK 50,000,000, if the Participation Ratio cannot be set to at least 80.00 per cent, or if any event of an economic, financial or political nature occurs and which may jeopardise a successful offer, as determined by the Issuer. The Issuer may also replace any of the Reference Assets at any time on or prior to Issue Date by a comparable type of underlying Reference Asset.

The Notes will be issued and registered with VP Securities A/S on 3 July 2014 and be admitted to trading and official listing on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S with the first day of trading on the same day.
