The board of Citycon Oyj has decided on a rights issue whereby shareholders are entitled to subscribe to one (1) new share for every seven (7) shares held. The subscription price has been set to EUR 2,65 per share. The Ex-date is June 10, 2014.
NASDAQ OMX Global Index Group will act and adjust CTY1S in accordance to the “Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the VINX All-Share, Benchmark, Tradable and Sector Indexes” version 2.1, rule 5.3.
