General Finance Corporation Announces Public Offering of Senior Notes


PASADENA, Calif., June 9, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- General Finance Corporation (Nasdaq:GFN) (the "Company") announced today that it commenced an underwritten public offering of an original issuance of Senior Unsecured Notes.

The Company expects to use the net proceeds of this offering to pay down senior indebtedness and for general corporate purposes, which may include the acquisition of portable services businesses in North America or to increase the size of and invest in its North American fleet of storage, office and portable liquid storage containers, modular buildings and mobile offices.

Sterne, Agee & Leach Inc. is acting as sole bookrunning manager for the offering. D.A. Davidson & Co. and Oppenheimer & Co. will serve as co-lead managers for the offering.
