City National Bank Hires Two Entertainment Bankers

Will Serve Clients in New York City

NEW YORK, June 10, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- City National Bank announced today that it has hired two seasoned entertainment bankers in New York.

Kevin Fitze has joined City National Bank as a senior vice president and senior relationship manager and Lisa Berg has joined the bank as a vice president. Fitze has more than three decades of experience in banking and finance, and was formerly a senior vice president with the entertainment team at HSBC Bank. Berg was previously a vice president with HSBC in New York and has nearly two decades of experience. Both report to Stephanie Dalton, senior vice president and team leader for the Entertainment Division in New York.

City National, which has been in New York since 2002, provides private and business banking as well as wealth management services. Last year, the bank increased its access and visibility when it opened two new ground-floor banking offices in Manhattan. One was a two-story branch located in its New York headquarters building at the corner of Park Avenue and 54th Street, which enlarged the bank's significant presence in Midtown. The other new branch, located at 6th and 44th, houses the bank's Entertainment Division.

"With the addition of these two experienced bankers, we will be able to better serve more clients in Manhattan and provide more clients, business owners and professionals with an even greater range of City National's remarkable resources, relationship banking and wealth management," said Richard McCune, head of Entertainment in New York City for City National Bank. "City National has been successfully growing in Manhattan for over a decade and we are increasingly known for our expertise banking the entertainment industry."
