On June 11, 2014, Frank V. Nielsen has resigned from his position in the Board of Directors of LM Group Holding A/S.
Frank V. Nielsen will continue to lend his expertise to the company as a member of the independent Industry Board, which contributes expert knowledge to the management and owners of the company.
