Basware expands its relationship with major brewing company providing cloud
based accounts payable and e-invoicing services into North America

Basware has expanded cooperation with a major brewing company and signed an
agreement for the delivery of accounts payable automation and e-invoicing
services in North America. The services are powered by Alusta, Basware's unified
cloud-based platform for purchase-to-pay. The agreement includes invoice
automation with Basware Analytics and 100% inbound e-invoicing services. Basware
will also support the activation of the many local suppliers to start sending e-
invoices as well as provide a portal for supplier collaboration. The value of
the agreement exceeds EUR 300,000 over three years. The customer has previously
deployed Basware's solutions for accounts payable at their headquarters in
Europe.
