Intelligent Highway Solutions to Beat Sales Forecasts for Second Quarter 2014

SACRAMENTO, Calif., June 12, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Intelligent Highway Solutions, Inc. (OTCQB:IHSI) announced today it expects to report a minimum of $450,000 in revenues for the second quarter ending June 30, 2014, exceeding its prior projection. This new projection is due to the Company's continued progress related to the Honeywell purchase order.

Honeywell Purchase Order

IHSI began work, under the Honeywell purchase order (Honeywell Scanning & Mobility (HSM)), at a state run office building on March 17, 2014. The office building is one of many office buildings in the State of California that are expected to install new temperature control systems which will make the buildings compliant with the California Title 24 Energy Standards. Each one of the state-owned office buildings is mandated by law to be in compliance with Title 24 which was created in 1978 by the California Building Standards Commission in a legislative mandate to reduce California's energy consumption.

Devon Jones, Chief Executive Officer of Intelligent Highway Solutions stated, "We are thrilled to be able provide this sales projection to the financial markets. We are working hard to build value for our shareholders."

Figures are unaudited and the referenced quarter is subject to completion so that actual revenues, and other results of operations for the quarter are subject to change.
