Rumble.com Adds More Partners & Launches a New Platform

TORONTO, Ontario, June 12, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via PRWEB - Rumble.com, a Toronto based video company, has launched a channel centric video platform in its effort to provide users with a full suite of tools to host, share, create channels, and manage distribution for their videos. In addition to the new platform launch, Rumble has recently created partnerships with Google, Toronto Star, Newslook and Telegraph Media Group, which will add to its ever growing list of distribution partners.

"Online video is becoming increasingly fragmented and video creators want real distribution with their content," says Chris Pavlovski, CEO of Rumble. "Imagine a single platform where creators can control all their audiences from YouTube to Yahoo! Screen, that's where we are heading."

In parallel with the platform launch, Rumble is also launching its first exclusive web series in partnership with Foodie Media Network. The show dubbed 'Celebrity Webchefs' has lined up some of Hollywood's best known celebrities, such as Alan Thicke from Growing Pains, Gretchen Rossi of RHOC, and Jane Seymour from James Bond. Chris Breed, Co-Founder and Chief Talent Officer is also lining up stars like Kevin Costner, Jermaine Jackson; Kevin Sorbo (TV Hercules); comedian Dane Cook and several others to be named at a later date.

"Rumble is a great platform for creators. It acts as a portal into multiple distribution channels without each content creator having to develop them separately. Via Rumble we can now have instant access to MSN, Yahoo, Google, etc.," said Bill Baker, Co-Founder & CEO at Foodie Media Network.
