Norwood Financial Corp. Announces Cash Dividend


HONESDALE, Pa., June 12, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lewis J. Critelli, President and Chief Executive Officer of Norwood Financial Corp (Nasdaq:NWFL) and its subsidiary Wayne Bank announced that the Board of Directors declared a $.30 per share cash dividend payable August 1, 2014 to shareholders of record as of July 23, 2014. The $.30 per share represents a 3.5% increase over the cash dividend declared in the second quarter of last year.
