ProfilGruppen publishes prospectus for the rights issue

The prospectus for ProfilGruppen’s rights issue has been approved and registered
by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and is available in Swedish for

An information brochure in Swedish and pre-printed share issue documentation
will be sent by post to Swedish direct registered shareholders. A translation to
