AS Pro Kapital Grupp informs that Chief Financial Officer of the group Ruta Juzulenaite will leave the company at the end of August due to personal reasons and on her own initiative and shall not continue working in the group.
Comment of the Chief Financial Officer of AS Pro Kapital Grupp Ruta Juzulenaite: “I took the responsibility for the financial management of Pro Kapital in 2012, it has been an exciting and evolving period. Comment of the Chairman of the Management Board of AS Pro Kapital Grupp Paolo Michelozzi: “We thank Ruta for her contribution given and wish her luck for the future. Angelika Annus (short form CV attached) shall be the new Chief Financial Officer of the group starting 01.09.2014, until now she has worked as financial controller of the group. Angelika Annus has worked at different positions in the group since 1998. Angelika Annus does not hold any shares of AS Pro Kapital Grupp.
