Affecto Plc's shares subscribed with stock options
Between 1 March 2014 and 31 May 2014 a total of 100 524 shares have been subscribed with the 2008C stock options (FI4000062229). As a result of the share subscriptions, the number of Affecto’s shares will increase to 22 450 745.
The increase in new shares has been entered into the Finnish trade register on 16 June 2014. The subscribed shares will be listed on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd and trading will commence along with the old shares as of 17 June 2014.
The share subscription period for stock options 2008C was 1 April 2013 – 31 May 2014. The 2008C stock options entitled to subscriptions of a total of 400 000 shares. A total of 306 000 new Affecto shares were subscribed for under the stock options 2008C. 2008C stock options that were not exercised by the end of the subscription period are no longer valid.
