Tribona has, via company, acquired a logistics property in Kungälv with a property value of approximately SEK 130m.
The property Bulten 1 in Kungälv is a logistics property located in a good logistics position near E6 with a lettable area of 23 090 sq.m. The property is fully leased to Arvid Nilsson AB, who has a lease agreement extending over 5.5 years.
Access is planned to take place 1 July 2014 and at the same time the purchase price will be paid.
