On 13 June 2014 the Board of the Nordic Investment Bank (hereinafter, NIB) adopted a decision to grant Klaipėdos Nafta AB (hereinafter, the Company) a credit of up to EUR 35 mill. (up to LTL 120 mill.) for implementation of the project of liquefied natural gas terminal in Lithuania. The term of the credit – up to 20 years. Condition precedent of disbursement of the credit – an obligation to submit a State guarantee of the Republic of Lithuania ensuring the Company’s monetary obligations under the credit agreement.
