in New York, USA ('Fortress'), informed us on their own behalf and on
behalf of the various entities listed below (together the 'Notifiying
Entities') according to the applicable requirements of the Luxembourg
Transparency Law that, on 9 June 2014 (trade date) (with anticipated
settlement date on 13 June 2014) the proportion of voting rights held by
the Notifying Entities in GAGFAH S.A., 2-4, rue Beck, L-1222 Luxembourg,
Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (German Securities Code A0LBDT, ISIN
LU0269583422), fell below the 25%, 20%, 15%, 10% und 5% thresholds of the
voting rights and the Notifying Entities hold voting rights in GAGFAH S.A.,
Luxembourg, amounting to 0% of the voting rights in the Company (0 shares
which corresponds to 0 voting rights) on this day. The Notifying Entities
(except Fortress) are funds and investment vehicles directly holding shares
in GAGFAH S.A., Luxembourg, and are all controlled indirectly by Fortress.
