With letter dated June 16, 2014, AXA S.A. Paris, France, informed us in
accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 sent. 1 German Securities Trading Act
('WpHG') as follows:

The voting rights of AXA S.A., Paris, France, in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft
fell below the threshold of 5% on June 11, 2014 and on that day amounted to
4.994% (1,693,687 voting rights). These 4.994% (1,693,687 voting rights)
are attributed to AXA S.A. according to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in
connection with sent. 2 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).
