CANCELLATION OF eQ PLC’S OWN SHARES HAS BEEN REGISTERED

eQ Plc published on 17 April 2014 that it had purchased 85 000 own shares and that it shall cancel the said shares. The cancellation has become valid today 17 June 2014, as it was registered with the Finnish Trade Register.

The cancellation does not affect the Company's share capital. After the cancellation the Company does not hold own shares. The registered number of shares is 36 357 198 after the cancellation.
