THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF IXONOS PLC HAS ACCEPTED THE SHARE SUBSCRIPTION MADE BY TURRET OY AB
The Board of Directors of Ixonos Plc (“Ixonos”) has accepted the share subscription made by Turret Oy Ab (6 866 666 shares) in connection with the directed share issue decided on 29 April 2014 by the Board of Directors of Ixonos. Turret Oy Ab subscribed for all the shares which were issued for it for subscription.
