June 2014 pursuant to section 25 WpHG of the following:

1) On June 13, 2014 Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA falling below the threshold of
5% of the voting rights of RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Salzburger Leite 1, 97616 Bad
Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA held
0.00% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG (equals 0 voting rights).
From these voting rights a proportion of 5.0000007% (equals 6,911,601
voting rights) is based on voting rights pursuant to sections 21, 22 WpHG
and a proportion of 0.00% (equals 0 voting rights) is based on (financial /
other) instruments pursuant to section 25 WpHG. From the voting rights
based on instruments pursuant to section 25 WpHG a proportion of 0.00%
(equals 0 voting rights) is held indirectly.

2) On June 13, 2014 Fresenius Management SE falling below the threshold of
5% of the voting rights of RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Salzburger Leite 1, 97616 Bad
Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA held
0.00% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG (equals 0 voting rights).
From these voting rights a proportion of 5.0000007% (equals 6,911,601
voting rights) is based on voting rights pursuant to sections 21, 22 WpHG
and a proportion of 0.00% (equals 0 voting rights) is based on (financial /
other) instruments pursuant to section 25 WpHG. From the voting rights

Co. KGaA held 0.00% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG (equals 0
voting rights).
From these voting rights a proportion of 5.0000007% (equals 6,911,601
voting rights) is based on voting rights pursuant to sections 21, 22 WpHG
