On 17.6.2014, The Capital Group Companies, Inc., 333 South Hope Street, Los
Angeles, CA 90071, USA, informed us according to § 21 (1) WpHG that via
shares its voting rights on Commerzbank AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany,
have exceeded the 5% threshold of the voting rights on 13.6.2014 and on
that day amounted to 5.15% (this corresponds to 58,637,510 voting rights).
Of these voting rights, 5.15% (58,637,510  voting rights) are to be
attributed to The Capital Group Companies, Inc., 333 South Hope Street, Los
Angeles, CA 90071, USA pursuant to § 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in
connection with § 22 (1) sentence 2 and 3 WpHG. Of these attributed voting
rights 3% or more are held by the EuroPacific Growth Fund.

Street, Los Angeles, CA 90071, USA, informed us according to § 21 (1) WpHG
that via shares its voting rights on Commerzbank AG, Frankfurt am Main,
Germany, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the voting rights on 13.6.2014
and on that day amounted to 5.15% (this corresponds to 58,637,510 voting
